Core Responsibilities
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
- Assure that production goals are met.
- Maintain a constant visual on work being done and raw materials being used throughout the work day.
- Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
- Separate recyclable materials from trash and place in bins accordingly.
- Adhere to and maintain all safety rules and regulations.
- Continually maintain cleanliness of work area. Keep it free of clutter and debris. Communicate effectively with Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Adhere to EBI policies, procedures and practices.
Primary Objectives/Goal
- Completing all work related tasks as assigned by Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Effectively manage time and meet all deadlines.
- Work as a part of a team.
- Understand and utilize the Six Sigma 5S in every task.
Work Requirement
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand and repetitively lift, push, and pull 50 or more lbs continuously throughout assigned work shift.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of work experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend verbal and written direction.
- Ability to do basic mathematics.
- Ability and desire to perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Flexibility regarding shifts and departments.
